Façade XR
Façade XR (FXR) is a VR pilote of a series of tools aimed to empower a salesperson towards the customer, facilitating the demonstration of customer-driven Saint-Gobain solutions and client convincing.
These tools are dedicated for the Brazilian market and they show how our products can be easily installed and how they fit the construction model.
It is a pilote under development and with constant upgrades.
Features
At the moment, there are 3 different experiences:
- Façade building,
- internal partition building,
- room interactions.
Each of them serve a specific purpose when discussing with clients.
Benefits / Value
The user journey was designed to show in detail many steps of the construction process and to load the salesperson with several information. Allowing the guide to personalize the journey and focus on specific customer needs.
Brand promotion
- Lightweight construction is a major strategy with Saint-Gobain and there are many brands involved in this topic.
- At the moment, the main brands promoted in this application are Placo, Isover, Quartzolit and Adfors.
- However, as the application grows, it is easy to see the integration of more brands such as Brasilit, Ecophon, Cebrace, and other major brands for the Brazilian market.
Getting to the customers
- The Façade XR Demo app serves as a market education tool and as a relationship strengthening tool. It is operated by SGRB and the Façade BU, and it is used when meeting key account customers in early stages of negotiation.
- This is a multi-user guided experience made for Meta Quest 2 VR headsets where the customer is able to walk around a building site freely and interact with objects while being guided by an animator.
